  • Excitement is running high as the NYBP Lodge @nybpbeerlodge is racing to construction completion and has recently announced their 6/12 grand opening! These photos were taken on site last week as part of a routine stormwater inspection we have been preforming as part of our role in the project. COSTICH has been on the design team from the beginning providing site layout and design, site development plans and obtaining the necessary municipal and agency approvals needed for construction. Looking forward to toasting on site soon!   • COSTICH was hired by this property owner to fulfill an inspection by a Professional Licensed Engineer of their stormwater management facility as required by the municipality. It is the owners responsibility to maintain and ensure their stormwater practices and facilities are functioning properly as required under the town’s MS4 permit. For this site, we looked at items such as the pond inlet and discharge structures to ensure they are free and clear of any sediment or other debris that may be inhibiting the flow of stormwater.
