Project Background

The project consisted of the development of approximately 35 acres of vacant land on the south side of NYS Thruway (I-90), with access to NYS Rt. 318.  The proposed development consisted of the construction of a new 44,500 GSF building, complete with showroom, parts department, service department, and employee offices.  A 10,000 GSF building addition was master-planned, to accommodate future growth of the business.   Associated site improvements included parking for customers/display & service vehicles,  an access road for ingress/egress to Route 318, stormwater management facilities, site lighting, landscaping, and complete utility infrastructure necessary to meet the operational needs of the business.  COSTICH completed all surveying, civil and landscape architect design,  municipal approvals, agency permitting, and regulatory inspections. The project is now complete and open for business!
