This exciting project is under construction! COSTICH was part of the design team working on the civil, site and landscape design for the project, as well as the site plan review application and agency approvals. The site is a 9.3 acre parcel in the Sterling Business Park. The proposed building will consist of a roughly 32,000 GSF (two-stories). Primary architectural materials include timber framing with stone accents, and a standing seam metal roof. The proposed facility will include first floor interior space for brewing, a tasting room, and a pub/restaurant. The second floor will include flex event space. Exterior space will include covered and uncovered patios, and selectively maintained greenspace with a fire pit and walkway.
