Project Background

This 105’ monopine wireless telecommunications facility is built in Pittsford, NY. COSTICH worked closely with our client, design team and the legal team to get the necessary approvals for this tower. Careful consideration was made on the site layout and tower type in order to maintain the visual integrity of the surrounding neighborhood. We completed survey, site development plans, visual analysis/photo simulations and other supporting zoning materials.

  • COSTICH was hired by this property owner to fulfill an inspection by a Professional Licensed Engineer of their stormwater management facility as required by the municipality. It is the owners responsibility to maintain and ensure their stormwater practices and facilities are functioning properly as required under the town’s MS4 permit. For this site, we looked at items such as the pond inlet and discharge structures to ensure they are free and clear of any sediment or other debris that may be inhibiting the flow of stormwater.
