  • COSTICH was hired by this property owner to fulfill an inspection by a Professional Licensed Engineer of their stormwater management facility as required by the municipality. It is the owners responsibility to maintain and ensure their stormwater practices and facilities are functioning properly as required under the town’s MS4 permit. For this site, we looked at items such as the pond inlet and discharge structures to ensure they are free and clear of any sediment or other debris that may be inhibiting the flow of stormwater.
