Thoughtfully Designed 55-Home Community: Where Natural Beauty Meets Modern Living

Our meticulously planned 55-home residential community seamlessly blends innovative design with environmental stewardship. Every home site has been carefully positioned to comply with Local Mixed Residential (LMR) zoning requirements while maximizing the natural beauty of the landscape.

Preserving Nature’s Blueprint We’ve designed around the land’s existing features rather than against them. The seasonal drainageway along the eastern boundary remains completely undisturbed, creating a natural buffer that enhances privacy and wildlife habitat for residents. Our thoughtful approach also incorporates existing utility infrastructure by strategically positioning power lines at rear lot boundaries with generous buffer zones, ensuring unobstructed views from your future home.

Smart Engineering for Sustainable Living Our roads and home sites follow the natural contours of the land, minimizing grading and environmental impact while reducing construction costs. This topography-conscious design approach creates varied lot elevations and interesting streetscapes that avoid the cookie-cutter feel of traditional subdivisions.

Advanced Stormwater Management The community features a professionally engineered stormwater management system that exceeds municipal requirements for both water quality and quantity control. Designed with easy municipal access for long-term maintenance, this system protects your investment while safeguarding the local watershed.

Key Features:

  • 55 premium home sites with LMR zoning compliance
  • Preserved natural drainageway corridor
  • Contour-following road design for minimal environmental impact
  • Strategic utility placement with substantial buffers
  • Advanced stormwater management exceeding local standards
  • Maintenance-friendly infrastructure design
