The current KanPak, LLC development started as a single lot, 20,000 square foot productions facility. And since its inception in 2002, the business has experienced exponential growth. Costich was commissioned to provide all plans from conceptual designs to final construction drawings for this aseptic processing and packaging facility. Over the years, several expansions were developed, which required Costich’s expertise in creating functional solutions regarding site design, utilities, grading, erosion control, landscaping, vehicular circulation, lighting, and more. Additional work included:

The current operation occupies approximately 14 acres, with 250,000 square feet of combined office, processing and warehouse space. The site is located within the Horizon Park Drive Business Park – a Yates County IDA development area intended to promote local industrial and manufacturing projects. In 2014, KanPak, LLC purchased the facility from the Emmi Roth business, the resulting culmination of recent international success and interest in expanding the KanPak holdings in the northeast market of the United States.
