VanBortel Chevrolet, Inc. razed the existing structure on site and Chrisanntha Construction is currently constructing the new building including showroom, service area and car storage. COSTICH completed the site design, municipal approvals and is currently on site today completing the required SWPPP inspections.

  • COSTICH was hired by this property owner to fulfill an inspection by a Professional Licensed Engineer of their stormwater management facility as required by the municipality. It is the owners responsibility to maintain and ensure their stormwater practices and facilities are functioning properly as required under the town’s MS4 permit. For this site, we looked at items such as the pond inlet and discharge structures to ensure they are free and clear of any sediment or other debris that may be inhibiting the flow of stormwater.
