COSTICH has been working on this project since 2012 completing survey, site design, landscape architecture and the necessary approvals for construction. Recently, construction was completed for (2) apartment buildings, (1) townhome and (1) carriage home including all of the necessary site upgrades including utilities, parking areas, landscape and more. There was a big push to complete this project for this year’s PGA tournament at the nearby Oak Hill. We are thrilled with the end result and will be attending the official ribbon cutting in July!
