The project consists of a 55-lot residential subdivision with all lots complying with LMR zoning bulk data.  Careful attention has been paid to providing a layout that works in conjunction with the existing site features.  The site has a seasonal drainageway along the eastern side of the development that has been left undisturbed.  The site also has several large power lines/poles that have been designed to the rear lot lines with large buffers. Grading and drainage on the site has been minimized by having the proposed roads and home sites closely follow the contour of the land.  The stormwater management facility has been designed to provide the required water quality and quantity controls and to allow for easy access by the Town for maintenance purposes.
